The Gist

These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain your rights and responsibilities when you use Omniarole.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Omniarole, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Omniarole is operated by an independent individual creator, not a company entity.

In these Terms, "Omniarole", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Omniarole service and its operator. "You" refers to any person using the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create and use an Omniarole account.

If you use Omniarole on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate account details and keep them updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Omniarole to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or share unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt infrastructure.
• Abuse, spam, or overload the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You keep ownership of content you create and upload to Omniarole ("User Content").

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content only as needed to operate, improve, and secure Omniarole.

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights required to upload and use it.

6. Plans, Billing, and Taxes

Omniarole currently offers:

• A free tier.
• A premium tier available via recurring subscription (monthly or annual billing options).

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• You authorize us (or our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method for renewal terms.
• If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade paid access until payment is resolved.
• Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for taxes, VAT, or similar charges required in your country or jurisdiction.

We may update pricing in the future. If we do, changes apply at or after renewal, with reasonable notice where required.

7. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

To provide Omniarole, we rely on third-party service providers (for example: infrastructure, database hosting, payments, AI services, and related technical processing).

By using Omniarole, you acknowledge that relevant data may be processed by third-party providers as necessary to operate and improve the service.

We are not responsible for third-party products or websites you access outside Omniarole.

8. Data Location

Omniarole data is stored in Europe. You understand and agree that processing may involve trusted providers operating infrastructure and services needed to run Omniarole.

9. Analytics and Advertising

Omniarole does not currently run full web traffic analytics for the marketing website or product usage tracking at broad scale.

We may introduce analytics and measurement tools in the future to understand performance and improve the service.

We reserve the right to display advertisements now or in the future, including on free experiences.

10. Intellectual Property

Omniarole, including software, branding, design, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute Omniarole.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Omniarole at any time. You may cancel paid plans from your subscription settings, effective at the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated, if required for security/legal reasons, or if operating Omniarole is no longer feasible.

12. Disclaimers

Omniarole is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or permanent availability of any feature.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniarole will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniarole's total liability for any claim relating to paid services is limited to the amount you paid for Omniarole in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding conflict of law rules.

Unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise, disputes arising from or related to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version.

If changes are material, we will provide a reasonable notice through the service or other appropriate channels.

Continued use of Omniarole after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
