Yes. Before Early Access ends, we will provide a tool to download all the data saved on your account (an export of articles, bestiary, campaigns, and so on). Important: remember to export BEFORE you delete your account, or the data may no longer be available.

No. There are no generative AI features, and nothing you write is sent to an AI model. The tools organize your ideas. The ideas stay yours.

Your existing content stays safe and visible. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you will only be limited in creating new content until you upgrade again or reduce your usage to fit within the limits.

Fair use means reasonable use for world-building purposes. We do not impose hard limits, but we expect usage that matches typical world-building needs rather than treating us as a generic file storage service.

No. This is an architectural design choice. The team's intent is to provide an online service so you can write and use every feature from any device, wherever you are. A DM can write notes on a train and then find them ready on a tablet or laptop before a game session.

That said, once you are signed in, some features can still work with a poor connection or even none at all, by storing operations on the device until the connection is restored.
