Refactoring of Handbooks module

After some feedback on the Handbooks module, I understood that for many people it matters to have a full, handbook-like view of their world and of all the lore they have written.
Categories and articles stay
Categories and articles will always remain, but in parallel there will also be a way to create actual Handbooks. They will be able to hold articles you have already written, or new material. The idea is to let you lay out the paragraphs and chapters of your handbook the way you want, place images, and, if you wish, make the handbook public to read in the Community section, so others can read it and take inspiration.
Before the VTT module
The roadmap shown on the homepage has also been updated: as you will see, this work will happen before the VTT module.
